Dr. Andrea Beerman
Dr. Andrea Beerman is a native of Springfield, Missouri, and has called the greater Kansas City area home since 1996. She graduated from the University of Missouri, Kansas City, School of Dentistry in 2002, and spent the following two years working in hospital dentistry at Truman Medical Center and Children’s Mercy Hospitals in downtown Kansas City, Missouri. She was honored to be awarded Consultant of the Year by Truman Medical Center Emergency Department during both of her years of service at their institution. Dr. Beerman has been in private practice since 2004. In addition to maintaining her private practice, Dr. Beerman is also a facilitator of learning for the renowned Pankey Institute. Her studies and teaching at the Institute help her and the other dentists with which she interacts learn to serve patients with complex dental needs providing care that is conservative, functional, and beautiful.
Dr. Beerman truly enjoys listening to her patients’ needs and helping each patient customize treatment for his or her unique smile. She gets to know her patients well and loves helping them preserve their healthy, beautiful smiles for a lifetime. She believes healthy smiles are about more than just teeth, they can change lives.
Dr. Beerman is a member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, the Kansas City Dental Implant Society and the Academy of General Dentistry. She loves lifelong learning and pursues on-going continuing dental education to bring the latest ideas and technology into her practice. Dr. Beerman is pleased to be a certified provider for both Invisalign clear aligner orthodontics and Zoom tooth-whitening.
When she is not helping others care for their smiles, Dr. Beerman enjoys spending time with her husband, Ben, being outdoors gardening and running, doing yoga and cooking. She aspires to spread the positive experiences of modern dentistry to both her patients and to those less fortunate in the community and beyond through local dental outreach projects and foreign mission trips providing dental care. She participates in a yearly dental outreach in Honduras and together with her team hosts local outreach days to provide dental care to underserved populations in their community.

Tricia, Dental Hygienist
Tricia
Tricia has been with the practice since 1998, and working as a Dental Hygienist for 21 years. Tricia and Dr. Beerman work very closely together to provide the highest level of personalized and preventative care for each individual as restorative partners.
Tricia's favorite part of her work is getting to know you - her patients - very well and developing relationships with the families in our practice. You will love how Tricia immediately puts you at ease with her warm, caring nature and gentle touch.
Outside of work, Tricia most enjoys spending time with her husband, Scott, and daughters Sydney and Samantha. Tricia loves volunteering at her daughters' school, watching her daughters play soccer, and running. She is a very talented runner and is our champion when we participate as an office in local 5K races.
Erin, Dental Hygienist
Erin
Erin joined our Dental Hygiene team in March 2012. She has been practicing Dental Hygiene for over 13 years, graduating from the University of Missouri, Kansas City in 1998. Erin loves getting to know each of her patients, and working closely with me to help each patient achieve and maintain a healthy smile.
Erin has truly enjoyed her years working as a hygienist, developing relationships with patients and providing thorough treatment in a caring and gentle way. She understands being a good hygienist involves taking the time to listen to your needs, working together with you to deliver the individualized care you choose. Erin values continued education, and loves sharing the latest information and research regarding preventative and restorative care.
Erin spends her free time with her husband Dan, and their two young children, Ben and Kate. She keeps busy volunteering at her kids’ school, and keeping up with their sports and activities. She also loves to exercise, read, and watch college basketball - cheering on her favorite team, the Kansas Jayhawks.
Susan, Dental Assistant
Susan
Susan has been the Dental Assistant in the practice since July 2003. She is our resident 'jack of all trades.' She will immediately put you as ease with her witty nature. Susan is an extremely talented assistant who allows Dr. Beerman to do her best work while focusing on keeping you comfortable. Susan has studied at the Pankey Institute to learn advanced skills in her trade, and is committed to being your advocate for excellent care.
She loves the detailed work involved with dentistry and helping patients understand the latest technology and options related to their care. Her favorite procedures are those which are very simple, but have a wow-quality impact.
Susan loves gardening and home remodeling. She is currently completing a room-by-room remodel of her home. She loves to fish - her largest catch to date was a large-mouth bass that was 20 inches long and weighed in just under 6 pounds! She also enjoys sewing, doing everything from cross-stitch to quilting. She has been married for over 20 years and has 3 beautiful daughters – Heather, Holly and Hannah.
Becky, Practice Administrator

Becky Croker has been with the practice since the fall of 2010. You will immediately love her friendly, compassionate nature when interacting with her in the practice or on the telephone. She loves getting to know our patients on a personal level and helping them understand options regarding their dental care.
With her marketing and public-relations background, Becky is the behind-the-scenes star of our practice Facebook page, Newsletters and Quarterly Gift Baskets. She is always looking for ways to keep our community tied together, while having fun along the way.
Becky works part-time in our practice to give her the work/life balance she desires while raising two young children. She truly cherishes her time at home with her husband, Paul, and children, Charlie and Ella.
Courtney, Patient Care Coordinator
Courtney
Courtney is the first smiling face you'll see in the practice. You'll love her happy and humorous personality as she greets you and does all she can to make you feel comfortable and welcome. She promises to help you prioritize your dental health to make it a part of your life's schedule. She welcomes your questions and concerns and will work to find solutions or the person best able to answer them for you. You'll quickly notice Courtney is a very creative person who loves problem solving!
At home, Courtney likes to stay busy! She is a Mother, Wife, Freelance Graphic Designer, Shop Manager, Art Gallery Curator, Studio Artist, Friend, Coffee drinker and volunteers her design services to Happy Bottoms - a non-profit diaper bank that provides diapers to families in need. She loves her family and friends, her work, good food and helping those around her accomplish their goals! She is truly a Busy Bee!
