Engagements
Public Speaking/Group Facilitation
An important part of Dr. Beerman’s vision for dentistry is listening carefully to each patient’s unique needs and goals and helping each person achieve and maintain oral health for a lifetime. To do this to the fullest of her ability, she believes in surrounding herself with like-minded individuals for advanced technical and behavioral learning in dentistry as often as possible. Andrea is committed to constantly growing and being a life-long learner. She attends over three-times the required amount of continuing education each year in order to bring the very best to her patients in both new techniques and time-honored procedures. She also facilitates the learning of other dentists and dental teams through speaking engagements and hands-on facilitation/learning.
Hands on Learning
Andrea is filled with gratitude for those mentors who have changed her practice and life, and feels part of her give-back to dentistry is to help others connect with their passion for the profession and stay on their journey of discovery. She does work with local Study Clubs in the Kansas City area, with ACT Dental – a dental practicing coaching business that focuses on coaching dentists to their full potential, and is a facilitator of learning at the world-renowned Pankey Institute for advanced education in dentistry in Key Biscayne, Florida. Andrea’s future engagements are listed below, as well as links to videos from prior engagements.
